A new interior design, a proprietary material, or a validation requirement a standard cell cannot document brings the problem to our engineering group to design and build a machine for.
The work begins from the part and the program standard: we study the component, its material and tolerance, and the traceability the audit demands, then design the fixturing, sewing motion, and controls to meet them.
